As a third-culture kid, I grew up speaking Russian, Mandarin Chinese, and English. Rooted in the Humanistic philosophy, I approach my clients with unconditional positive regard. My clients are youths of all ages, adults desiring adaptability and help with boundary setting, multicultural couples desiring to identify and communicate core values, and blended families.

I am trained in inclusive, Feminist, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and trauma-informed care. I have experience working with survivors (of all gender and age) from intimate partner violence and sexual assault. I draw from many  strength-based and evidence-informed practices. Together, we can explore which modality, or a blend of techniques, might be the best fit for your unique circumstances. 

My career in classical music and my ongoing work in the film soundtrack recording industry gives me first-hand knowledge about the struggle of individual artists. I am fulfilled by helping others navigate interpersonal and the power dynamics of the entertainment industry.
